A little about me? Well. When it comes to his fitness thing. People forget to keep it real. They forget that their human. They forget that shit gets real. Me myself? I'm brutally honest, raw, and uncut. I'm me. I'm bold. I'm beautiful. I'm outspoken and a free spirit. I am woman. I am strong. I am a damn fool with no intentions on change ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜.


What motivates you to work out and live a healthy lifestyle?

What helps motivate me to live a healthy life style is the fact that I've already come so far and that I've found a way to make it a lifestyle. I'm motivated by self. If I want to look and feel better I have to put in the work.

What does your workout routine look like?

I don't have a routine. I google workouts and go to the gym people watch and try. I also take fitness classes when they pop up for an extra push.

What do you eat in a typical day to stay in shape?

In a typical day I have a variety of teas, steel oats and egg whites for breakfast. Water and more water with most grilled and baked foods and veggies. I also sneak in some candy because my flesh is weak .

How do you maintain your hair while working out?

I maintain my hair by braiding it down and slapping on a wig. I also have worn faux locs and blow dried them after.

Whatโ€™s in your gym bag?

I usually don't have a gym bag but a change of clothes maybe a jump rope and my knee braces. Oh shoot water!

What might we catch you doing outside the gym?

What can you catch me doing outside the gym? Shoot laying on the sofa with my cat watching law and order or going to the bar or with my friends wherever the wind takes us. You may also catch me at a sorority event.

Best 3 health tips? Remember that you are human. Remind yourself that it takes time and don't forget non scale victories. If I could add one more it would be to not compare yourself or progress to others!
