About Kyndle:

Kyndle Moore @kyndledmoorefit (IG) I am located in NC! I am a dog mom to Rocco the cutest pup in the world. I graduated from Catawba College with a bachelors degree double majoring in Athletic Training and Exercise Science. I was a gymnast for most of my life and planned to be a gymnast in college until I had a career ending injury. I found fitness and really started taking it seriously towards the end of my college career.

What motivates you to work out and live a healthy lifestyle?

I don't always feel motivated or have motivation to be "fit". I have created discipline and a routine to where now I feel lost without working out and eating healthy. My body literally feels so weird if I don't exercise. I love the feeling of getting stronger and treating my body with respect. I am extrinsically motivated at times with wanting to tighten up a little bit before vacations of whatever. I also started my IG to hold myself accountable in like 2017- It has helped to have a reason to grow and increase my knowledge so I can share with others.

What does your workout routine look like?

I work out 3-4x a week minimal. If I can work out more I do. I split my weeks up into Lower body/ HIIT/ Upper body/ Full body at the moment.

What do you eat in a typical day to stay in shape?

The great thing about how I stay fit is I eat what I want... Most people are astonished by this.. But I do. I explain to my clients that you can create a sustainable lifestyle and see so much more success. Restriction for me is super super hard. The only thing I restrict is my caloric intake depending on my physique goals. If I want to lose a little fat, I eat in a calorie deficit. If I want to put on muscle, I eat in a surplus. I eat oatmeal almost daily for breakfast. I love fruits and veggies. I meal prep weekly to help me stay on target with my fitness goals. 

How do you maintain your hair while working out?

I put this high bun in a get to work!!! Lately I have been loving its a 10 leave in conditioner and shea moisture leave in conditioner to tame the frizz.

What's in your gym bag?

Is it weird that I dont have one LOL

What might we catch you doing outside the gym?

Not a mom just yet. But I am a dog mom.. he works out with me lol

What are your best 3 health tips people can implement right now?

Walk 10,000 steps per day, drink a gallon of water per day, and remind yourself how bad ass you are every day... literally look in the mirror and do that- self love is where it all starts
