 What motivates you to work out and live a healthy lifestyle?

Honestly, just seeing new results keep me motivated. Every time I go to the gym I think about the next results and what I need to do to get there.

What does your workout routine look like?

I honestly love glute workouts. Like what girl doesn’t Lol. But I like to alternate my workouts like Full Body one day, then HIIT cardio the next.

What do you eat in a typical day to stay in shape?

First, I definitely start my day with a cup of Herbalife tea and lift off to get my energy going. If I go to the gym first thing in the morning, then I’ll have a protein shake right after. For lunch, it’s usually a salmon or shrimp salad. Then for dinner I have one full healthy lean meal. When I’m craving sweets I always turn to fruit first.

How do you maintain your hair while working out?

Lord, that can be tough. Lol. When my hair is braided its a little easier, but the braids can get heavy. Other than that I wrap a scarf or bandana around my edges and put it in a bun or ponytail and call it a day.

What’s in your gym bag?

Definitely have to have my water bottle. My headphones of course. My Herbalife rebuild for these gains! A extra shirt, cause your girl gets SWEATY!  Sometimes there might be some gum in there.

What might we catch you doing outside the gym?

Outside of the gym you can catch me taking photos or editing. Photography and film are my passions outside of working out. Being creative has always been a part of my life.


Give your best 3 health tips that people can implement right now.

  1. Eat healthy! Fitness is 20% exercise and 80%n nutrition. You can’t outwork bad eating habits.

  2. Find an accountability partner! When you have someone to work out with or someone that motives you, you’d be surprised at how far you can go.

  3. Lastly, focus on your mental health. Yes physical health is important, but your mindset is everything. “Change your mindset, change your life.”
