Dope Fit Chick Of The Month: Sharee Grandy

This week we are highlighting our CEO, Sharee Grandy. A business woman, fitness motivator, wife, and mom. Sharee is truly is a Dope Fit Chick.

Favorite  healthy snack: Rice cake, Peanut butter with Banana  

Favorite cheat day snack/meal: Cheeseburger and Fries

Favorite workout song currently:  “Get Up” by Ciara

What does your workout routine look like weekly?  My current workout routine looks like weight training 3 times a week, Piloxing 2 times a week. 

We all have those times when we are not living a fit lifestyle. How do those days look/feel for you, and what do you do to get back on track? A day of resting and relaxing. To get back on track I plan out my workouts ahead of time, meal prep and remember my why.


Hair is everything in our community, and sometimes it makes women not work out as hard. How do you style and maintain your hair while working out?  I normally put hair in a high ponytail and add a sweatband or my Dope Fit Chick Hat. 

What's in your gym bag? Dope Fit Chick sweatshirt, extra leggings, socks, workout bands, gloves, ankle straps, protein shake, towel, comb, brush, gum and hair ties.


Lastly, what advice would you give to another Dope Fit Chick in training that wants to be consistent and live a more fit lifestyle? Remember, results don't happen overnight be patient with yourself.  Create a plan and stick to it.  On days you don't feel like working out do it anyway.
