What motivates you to work out and live a healthy lifestyle?

My motivation is internally and externally. Internally knowing that I am fearfully and made. I am driven that I have been blessed to encourage, inspire and educate others to settle for nothing but the best.  When I know that all things are possible through Christ nothing can stop me. I drive even harder. Externally I am driven when I see individual executing and carrying out what I have suggested and it WORKING for them.


What does your workout routine look like?

I love to switch up my workout. They are never the same. I like to shock body. One day I may rebound on my Bellicon Rebounder for ½ hours, the next day I am on my Max Training going beast mode and still the other days may do a HIIT  workout with various compound movements. I have incorporated more weight recently seeing that seem keep me tight and tone. And my body is responding to it nicely.


What do you eat in a typical day to stay in shape?

A typical day would be:

Coaches Oats with a tsp of Cashew butter and ½ banana

3 Egg whites

Snack: Celery sticks and vegan tuna


Spinach and arugula salad with sautéed tofu and or beans, green beans, apples slices, some almonds and tomatoes. This is very filing for me

Snack: Gala Apple with Hummus

Dinner: Stir- Fry veggies:


How do you maintain your hair while working out?

I am sold on the “Gymwrap” this wrap keeps my hair from sweating back when I go beast mode.

I usually keep it in a bun to stay cool. Wearing it out can be nice but not so nice when I have to wash it, dry it and style it. UGGGG lol


What’s in your gym bag?

Everything! Hahaha

Beats earphones because I love working out to music. When the burn starts the beats go on.

Extra pair of tights and top seeing I know I am going to sweat like a boss

I love Advocare Spark. This is my GO TO all the time for energy!

My BCAAs, Mac Lip Gloss- this is a must! Chapped lips are not pretty

My C-BANDZ resistance bands when I want to get that extra burn

What might we catch you doing outside the gym?

Quite time, me time, going to the movies, hanging out with my friends that I don’t get to see because of my schedule. I don’t watch TV. I really don’t know when the last time I watched TV!

I am sleeping or spending my quite time in the Word to get ready for my “Morning Manna” at 4am every Tuesday and Thursdays on Facebook and Instagram.


Give your best 3 health tips that people can implement right now.

  1. Seek wisdom for your actions. (physically, financially, mentally, spiritually, and socially)

  2. Start with Baby steps Add and take away little things at a time. Don’t jump all in or you will find yourself jumping out just as quick as you jumped in.

  3. Stay in your own Lane. Just because some else is doing doesn’t mean you HAVE to. If it is for you, you will know it. Know your limits.
