What motivates you to workout and live a healthy lifestyle?

I am compelled to do whats right once I realized and understood the 360 benefits of being and staying healthy.

What does your workout routine look like?

3 day a week gym regiment but a 7 day a week accountability goal of must haves to continue the process when you’re not at the gym.

What do you eat in a typical day to stay in shape?

Fish, chicken, Veggies, fruit and water...

How do you maintain your hair while working out?

I keep it pretty natural since I usually sweat it out...stay conditioned and hydrated.

What's in your gym bag?

I don’t carry one inside but I always keep my water on deck, a towel, earbuds, weight gloves and a waist slimmer.

What are your 3 best health tips people can implement right now?

You are what you eat from your head to your feet so choose wisely. Stay driven determined dedicated and dependable on yourself first! Leave all excuses at the door and be ready to push on.
